This is a contracted cleaning position and will travel to Sandusky, Huron, and Marblehead to clean short-term rental properties.Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of rental units, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces Ensure all surfaces are sanitized according to health standards, including countertops, appliances, fixtures, and furniture Conduct floor care activities such as vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine conditions Manage laundry duties by washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels for each guest turnover Restock supplies like toiletries, cleaning products, linens, and kitchen essentials to guarantee a fully equipped space Inspect properties for damages or maintenance issues and report any concerns promptly to management Uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation while working efficiently within scheduled timeframes Qualifications Must be able to clean on Sundays Must be able to clean during the hours of 10:00a.m.-5:00p.m.Must have reliable transportation and can drive to Sandusky, Huron, and Marblehead Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable, but not required Must be willing to be trained in workflow and inspections Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Team player, great attitude, and exceptional attention to detail Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.Pay:$21.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours:15.0 - 25.0 per week Benefits:Flexible schedule Paid training Work Location:In person.
