Responsibilities Perform thorough residential cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and surface polishing to maintain spotless environments Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care and efficiency Maintain floor care by applying appropriate cleaning techniques for carpets, hardwoods, tiles, and other surfaces to ensure longevity and appearance Ensure sanitation standards are met by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas regularly Provide excellent customer service by respecting clients’ preferences and addressing any special requests or concerns promptly Use janitorial and custodial equipment safely and effectively to maximize cleaning results Assist with housekeeping management duties when needed, including inventory checks and reporting supply needs Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move comfortably throughout the shift Basic familiarity with cleaning tools and equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, mops, and buffers Prior experience in housekeeping is not required.
