Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of vacation rental properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and outdoor areas. Perform detailed floor care, including vacuuming carpets, mopping and hand cleaning hard floors, and maintaining overall cleanliness. Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and cleaning products to ensure guest comfort. Inspect properties for maintenance issues or damages and report them promptly to management. Follow established cleaning checklists and safety protocols to guarantee consistency and quality across all rentals. Manage time efficiently to prepare multiple properties within scheduled turnaround times. Maintain a professional attitude while interacting with property owners or management teams during inspections or updates. The ability to carry linen bags and cleaning supplies. The ability to stand, stoop, bend, hands and knees cleaning repeatedly. Experience Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services is highly preferred. Experience working in hotels or hospitality environments is a strong plus. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in fast-paced settings. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Previous housekeeping management experience is beneficial but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
