Overview We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented Customer Service / Showroom Assistant to join our team in Fountain Valley, California. This position supports daily customer service, phone communication, product presentation, and general cleanliness of the showroom and patio furniture areas. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, comfortable speaking with customers, and willing to help keep the workplace clean, organized, and welcoming. Duties Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Answer incoming phone calls and direct customer questions appropriately. Help keep products clean, presentable, and ready for customers. Dust and wipe down patio furniture and display areas. Take out trash and help maintain clean work areas. Keep the bathroom clean, stocked, and presentable. Refill supplies as needed. Support daily showroom organization and general upkeep. Assist with other duties as assigned by management Requirements Customer service experience preferred, but not required. Professional phone etiquette. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Comfortable performing cleaning, stocking, and organizing duties. Able to work well with customers and team members. Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform medium physical tasks during the shift. Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed. Pay and Benefits $20.00 per hour. Benefits available after a 90-day introductory period, subject to eligibility and plan terms. Friendly, hands-on work environment.
