What You'll Do:Answer incoming office phone calls and direct inquiries professionally Welcome and assist walk-in showroom clients Help clients select stone colors and materials for their projects Learn to prepare and provide quotes for retail client countertop jobs Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and presentation Provide excellent follow-up and customer service Support team members with administrative and operational tasks as needed What We're Looking For:Friendly, confident communicator Strong customer service mindset Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using computers and learning new systems Ability to multitask and stay professional in a busy environment Sales, retail, or showroom experience preferred (but not required) What You'll Gain:Hands-on experience in the countertop and construction industry Growth opportunity into quoting and customer project management A supportive team environment Stable, full-time hours This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has an eye for design, and wants to grow within a company.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$12.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours:40 per week Benefits:Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
