**We are seeking a polished, self-driven and entrepreneurial Sales Coordinator / Showroom Associate to join the Los Angeles team at Egg & Dart. This is a highly hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced luxury design environment, genuinely enjoys people, and wants to help support and grow a business — not simply “work a shift.” Our LA showroom operates with a small, dedicated team that is highly invested in the success and growth of the business. We are passionate about expanding our presence in the Los Angeles market and are looking for someone who shares that same energy, initiative, and pride in their work. Because we work collaboratively and wear many hats, reliability, strong communication, and an independent work ethic are essential. This role would primarily focus on: Managing in-showroom traffic and creating a warm, polished client experience Pulling memos and supporting the organization of the sample department and showroom library Filing sample returns and maintaining sample replenishment and attendance logs Supporting the sales and customer service teams by clearly documenting client requests, memo pulls, and project inquiries when additional showroom support is needed Assisting with showroom merchandising, visual presentation, and upkeep of displays Drafting concise end-of-day traffic reports and communicating showroom activity clearly with the team Supporting designers by helping source product options and coordinating showroom resources across our represented lines The ideal candidate: Is naturally proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated Has strong people-reading and relationship-building skills Communicates clearly and professionally Maintains a polished and welcoming presence Is comfortable working independently and managing priorities without constant oversight Has experience within the luxury interiors industry or a background in interior design Is excited by hospitality, networking, and relationship-driven client support Is willing to occasionally assist with events, light travel, and physical tasks such as moving samples, unpacking shipments, or showroom resets This is not a passive reception role.
