Showroom Sales Consultant (Fireplaces) Base Salary + Uncapped Commission Typical Earnings: $50,000–$80,000+ per year We are seeking a motivated and professional Showroom Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This is a consultative sales role focused on helping homeowners, builders, architects, and contractors select premium hearth products including fireplaces, wood stoves, gas logs, and related accessories. This position combines showroom sales, customer service, and business development in a design-focused environment with strong earning potential. Responsibilities Assist walk-in and scheduled showroom customers Guide customers through product selection, design options, and budgeting decisions Prepare quotes, follow up on leads, and close sales opportunities Follow up on leads generated through outside sales and marketing efforts Contact architects, builders, contractors, and trade professionals to generate new business Build referral relationships through networking and industry associations Coordinate with installation and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution Maintain showroom appearance and merchandising standards Assist with overflow phones, scheduling, customer coordination, and light administrative tasks Support ordering and operational duties as needed Qualifications 2+ years of sales experience required Showroom, furniture, appliance, home improvement, or design-related sales experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable working with both homeowners and trade professionals Organized, self-motivated, and proactive Ability to manage multiple opportunities and follow through consistently Proven ability to work successfully in a sales-driven environment Compensation & Benefits Base salary plus uncapped commission Typical earnings range from $50,000–$80,000+ annually Growth opportunity within a growing company Supportive team environment Schedule Full-time In-person No weekends required at this time Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
