Vehicle Glow-Up Specialist ✨✨✨✨✨ ( Detailer ) Love cars??? Want a job where you can see your work ✨ shine ✨ every single day? If you’re the type who notices the little stuff and loves a clean finish, this one’s for you. As a Detailer at Winner Volkswagen / Subaru , you’ll be giving vehicles the full glow-up —from “just arrived” to ready to flex on the lot . What You’ll Be Doing (Your Day-to-Day) ✅✅✅ Why you’ll like it: you’ll stay moving (no desk all day), work with a crew that gets it done, and learn the pro steps that make cars look for customers—and photo-ready . Clean and prep new and used vehicles for delivery (interior and exterior). Complete full detailing of retail used vehicles to a high standard. Do quick trade-in cleans for photo/picture-taking and merchandising. Prep wholesale vehicles so they’re auction-ready. Support pre-delivery inspection (PDI) prep on new vehicles, including removing protective plastic. Clean service vehicles receiving service daily. Reclaim vehicles as needed, based on manager direction. Pitch in with lot/log organization of vehicles as needed. Extra Hands-On Tasks (You’ll Learn These Too) ️ Install rear tag brackets. Maintain front and rear tag brackets on all Winner vehicles. Place Winner emblems/logos on vehicles per standards. You’ll Be a Great Fit If You… ✅ Notice the details and care about doing quality work. Like staying on the move—standing, walking around vehicles, and working with your hands. Can follow direction, work safely, and hit deadlines. You show up, bring good vibes, and help the team win- Have a high school diploma (or equivalent) (preferred). Have detailing or car wash experience (awesome if you do—if not, we’ll train you ). The Details (Schedule & What to Expect) This is an active role—perfect if you’d rather move than sit at a desk. Active, hands-on role with frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Work is performed indoors/outdoors and may include exposure to heat or cold.
