Shuttle Driver (Part Time) Location: Fayetteville, AR, 72703 Butterfield Trail Village – A Premier Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) Do you enjoy helping others, driving safely, and making a difference every day? We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and safety-focused Part-Time Shuttle Driver to provide transportation services throughout our beautiful campus and assist residents with evening dining transportation, special events, and occasional medical appointment coverage. Schedule Evening hours: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM Approximately 20 hours a week Additional hours available for special events, programs, and occasional weekends/daytime coverage What You’ll Do Safely transport residents throughout campus and to designated locations Assist residents entering and exiting vehicles Ensure passenger safety, including seat belts and wheelchair restraints Support residents with kindness, patience, and professionalism Maintain accurate transportation logs and report maintenance concerns Assist with special events and community activities Help maintain clean, welcoming company vehicles Serve as backup transportation support for medical appointments when needed What We’re Looking For Compassionate and service-oriented attitude Excellent reliability and punctuality Safe driving habits and strong attention to detail Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with residents and staff Comfortable assisting older adults with mobility needs High School Diploma or GED preferred Minimum 6 months of related experience preferred Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Why Join Butterfield Trail Village?
