Job Summary: Apply to be a team member for the oldest attraction at Silver Dollar City, Marvel Cave. A Team Member will give a breath-taking tour for up to 60 guests at a time. On each tour you will be walking up and down 700 stairs reaching 500ft below our 1880’s theme park. We are looking for applicants that will be comfortable telling stories and educating guest about the origin and facts about Marvel Cave. This position starts now and ends 08/30/2026. Must be at least 18 years of age. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned to assist the Attractions teams. Properly train to follow all company policies and procedures. Ensure guests meet the requirements to participate in the tour. Enforce rules and safety procedures for our guests. Gives educational and entertaining tours of Marvel Cave to Visitors. Assumes responsibility for safety of groups ranging from 2-60 guests. Frequently stand and walk with little sitting time. Frequently climb up and down stairs. React calmly in emergency situations. Be able to climb heights up to 100ft. Be able to descend and ascend 500ft using stairs. Handling cash/making change and operating Point of Sale registers. Ensure proper handling of customer credit card information in compliance with Property Procedures and Purchasing Card Industry (PCI) standards. Education/Experience: Must be able to obtain and maintain an American Heart Association Basic Life Saving Certification.
