Job Description
Location:Las Vegas, Nevada Reports to:Head of US Operations Travel:Required:(Nationally and Internationally) Working week:40 hours per week - Flexible working hours to coincide with the needs of the business and event schedule.Holidays:11 days plus statutory US holidays Description of the role Simulator & Event Technician Events House In are seeking a multi-skilled technical specialist responsible for the preparation, deployment, operation, and lifecycle management of simulation and activation equipment across warehouse and live event environments.This role ensures seamless technical delivery from pre-event preparation through live operation and post-event asset management, both domestically and internationally.The position holder requires good technical experience with a skill base across all aspects of simulator and other Events House equipment including technologies such as static and motion simulators including hardware and software.A strong technical knowledge of PC's is essential with the ability to troubleshoot problems and resolve technical issues in live environments.Some National and International travel may be required as part of the role and therefore a Passport and Full Driving Licence are essential.Core ResponsibilitiesTechnical Asset Management Prepare, test, maintain, and operate racing simulators and activation equipment (hardware & software).Diagnose and resolve technical issues in live environments.Conduct preventive maintenance and implement system updates.Maintain accurate asset records and inventory reporting.Event Deployment & Live Operations Lead technical setup, operation, and de-rig for live events.Install and integrate AV, hardware, and software systems.Provide on-site and remote technical support (national & international).Ensure equipment performance, compliance, and health & safety standards.Supervise freelance and junior technicians during events.Warehouse & Logistics Oversight Manage stock control, equipment preparation schedules, and asset allocation.Oversee inbound/outbound shipments (domestic & international).Support logistics planning and large-scale event equipment management.Maintain warehouse organisation and operational workflow standards.Team & Cross-Department Collaboration Coordinate with Delivery, Operations, Technical, and Account teams.Provide training and technical guidance to staff and freelancers.Contribute to continuous improvement of technical systems and processes.Working week:40 hours per week - Flexible working hours to coincide with the needs of the business and event schedule.All employees and contractors within the group are expected to operate in line with the company values, a copy of which will be provided with the contract of employment.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits:401(k) Health insurance On-the-job training Experience:Warehouse supervisor:1 year (Preferred) Language:English (Required) Willingness to travel:50% (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
