We are looking to add a full time onsite Clinical Research Site Director to a growing site that is part of a large national site network executing industry leading therapeutic and device trials. Relocation to Nashville is offered for this role. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred 3–5 years of clinical research management experience Strong knowledge of ICH GCP CCRP certification preferred Experience hiring, training, and supervising research staff Responsibilities Manage site operations and staff daily Oversee hiring, training, and coaching of team members Monitor workflow, milestones, and quality standards Lead resolution of workflow and data issues Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements Review reports, support monitoring visits, and contribute to process improvements Collaborate with leadership on performance goals and team development Provide strategic oversight of site operations Lead staffing strategy and workforce planning Mentor and develop junior and mid-level managers Drive resolution of complex quality and performance issues Ensure site readiness for audits and inspections Implement continuous improvement initiatives Serve as key contact for sponsors and CROs Collaborate with directors on site-level performance goals
