I ndianapolis/Lebanon, IN (Hybrid – onsite and remote weekly) Contract (12-month contract with potential for renewal) Reports To: Associate Director – Capital Procurement Position Overview This role provides broad procurement support across site-level and general construction scopes for a major capital project. The position requires strong field awareness, practical procurement experience, and the ability to coordinate across multiple project stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Support procurement for general construction, site services, temporary facilities, and support scopes Coordinate with construction management, engineering, safety, and project controls teams Lead bid processes, evaluations, and supplier recommendations for assigned scopes Manage supplier onboarding, purchase orders, and contract documentation Track materials and services to ensure alignment with construction schedules Support issue resolution related to delivery, scope changes, and field needs Maintain a regular onsite presence while supporting remote coordination activities Qualifications Experience supporting procurement on large industrial or commercial construction projects Strong understanding of site logistics, construction sequencing, and field operations Prior owner-side, EPC, or large GC procurement experience preferred Ability to manage multiple scopes and priorities simultaneously Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working directly with field teams Proficiency with standard procurement and project documentation tools
