The Site Lead serves as the highest field authority onsite and is responsible for coordinating multiple teams, directing Lead Specialists, ensuring project scope execution, maintaining safety and quality standards, and serving as the primary field liaison to Field Supervisors, Ops Managers, Project Management and client representatives. This role provides field-level leadership, mentors team members, ensures safe and accurate execution of work, and serves as a communication link between field teams and project leadership. Assignments may require extended overnight travel for weeks or months at a time, including weekend and non-standard hours.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as primary onsite leader for large-scale or multi-team deploymentsDirect and coordinate Lead Specialists and field team membersEnsure all scope of work is completed safely, accurately, and on scheduleInterpret planograms, fixture drawings, construction schematics, survey documents, and scope materialsDevelop daily execution plans and assign team responsibilitiesMonitor productivity, quality, and safety compliance across all onsite teamsTroubleshoot complex installation, merchandising, and construction challengesServe as primary field communication point with Project Manager and client representativesEnsure accurate and timely daily reporting and documentationOversee timekeeping accuracy and field documentationEscalate personnel, safety, or project concerns appropriatelyMentor and develop Lead Specialists and field personnelMaintain job-site organization and cleanlinessTravel to assigned retail accounts nationwideAnd any other duties needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission, and abide by our organization's values.Expert-level knowledge of retail fixture installation and merchandising executionAdvanced understanding of construction-related modifications and structural buildsStrong mentoring and coaching abilityStrong multi-team leadership and coordination skillsAbility to manage complex deployments and shifting prioritiesStrong problem-solving and decision-making ability under pressureClear and professional communication with clients and internal leadershipAbility to interpret technical drawings, layouts, and project documentationComfort using smartphones, apps, reporting software, and documentation systemsAbility to work overnight and flexible schedulesQualifications2+ years of retail fixture installation, merchandising, remodel, or construction experience preferred1+ years in leadership role or equivalent trainingDemonstrated experience leading large or multi-team projectsAdvanced knowledge of fixture systems and installation methodsAbility to perform physical labor including bending, climbing, and standing for extended periodsValid driver's license requiredReliable transportationSmartphone capable of email and app usageForklift and scissor lift certificationWillingness to travel extensively and remain on assignment for extended periodsOur CultureAt DisplayMax, we strive to be ideal team players.
