We are seeking an experienced Site Director to lead operations, drive growth, and deliver exceptional clinical and service outcomes in a modern, patient-centered environment. About The Breast Center – A new breast imaging center in West Palm Beach is redefining the standard of care through a high-touch, concierge approach focused on precision, comfort, and peace of mind. Operating outside of the insurance model, the center delivers uncompromising quality with advanced imaging technology, extended appointment times, and direct physician engagement. Every experience is designed to be personalized and seamless, from scheduling to results, ensuring patients receive thorough evaluations, rapid insights, and a level of attention rarely found in traditional settings. This is breast imaging elevated: thoughtful, discreet, and centered entirely around the individual. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations across women’s imaging and multimodality services (Mammo, Ultrasound, MRI, CT, X-ray, DEXA, biopsies) Optimize workflows to support same-day diagnostics and rapid-access imaging Lead daily huddles, staffing, and operational performance Drive strategic growth, referral development, and service line expansion Manage site-level financial performance (P&L, staffing, throughput, utilization) Hire, develop, and lead clinical and administrative teams Champion a concierge-level patient experience and service recovery Ensure compliance with ACR, MQSA, and all regulatory standards Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams Oversee EMR/PACS and imaging systems (e.g., Ultralight, Elation, Ambra, Intelerad, MagView) Ideal Candidate Strategic, results-driven leader with strong execution skills Exceptional communicator with executive presence Builds high-performing teams and a culture of accountability Thrives in a high-end, service-driven environment Excited to build and lead a premier imaging program Competitive Salary + performance-based incentives Health Benefits Paid Time Off 401k Retirement Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Business – required Master’s degree (MHA/MBA) – preferred 7–10+ years of healthcare operations leadership experience Strong experience in imaging or women’s health services Proven P&L management and operational growth experience Preferred Experience Concierge or private-pay healthcare environment Experience launching or scaling imaging centers Familiarity with accreditation processes and advanced imaging workflows Physical Requirements Primarily administrative role with on-site operational presence Ability to move throughout the facility as needed Corporate Headquarters 6050 Collier Blvd. Ste. 156 Naples, FL 34114 Copyright © 2025 to LifespanMD Powered by Verasoni
