Position Summary: Supports the DOE OST Human Reliability Program (HRP) by executing mission-critical duties aligned with occupational health, psychological evaluation, emergency response, and administrative operations to ensure personnel reliability, safety, and compliance with federal regulations. Location: Albuquerque, NM Security Clearance: Department of Energy L/Q Clearance Core Responsibilities: Perform initial, annual, and special HRP evaluations or services appropriate to the role Document findings and prepare reports in accordance with DOE requirements Coordinate with SOMD, Program Manager, and multidisciplinary teams Ensure compliance with 10 CFR 712, OSHA standards, and Privacy Act requirements Maintain readiness of equipment, records, and systems Participate in training, drills, and emergency
