Site Operations Analyst

Entity: Customers & Products Job Family Group: Business Support Group Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Operations Analyst to join our EV Asset Management team. This role will be critical in driving operational excellence through digital tools, supporting the wider digital strategy, and ensuring the reliability and performance of our EV charging infrastructure. You will focus on fault identification, anomaly detection, and implementation of remote diagnostics and fixes, enabling a seamless experience for our customers and partners. Key Accountabilities: Monitor real-time data from EV charging assets to identify performance issues, faults, and anomalies. Conduct root cause analysis and implement remote fixes or escalations as required. Collaborate with technical, OEM and field teams to resolve persistent or complex faults. Support the execution of the digital strategy by integrating monitoring platforms, diagnostic tools, and alerting systems. Manage and maintain dashboards and monitoring tools to ensure accurate and timely insights. Ensure digital tools are optimally configured for fault detection and operational reporting. Track charger uptime, usage, and performance trends, providing insights and recommendations to improve network reliability. Maintain logs of detected anomalies, fixes applied, and outcomes to feed into continuous improvement. Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Service teams to enhance the fault management lifecycle.
