Summary This position reports to theAssociate Director of Quality, or another management personnel that the President of the Company maydesignate.This position reports to the Irvine, CA office but willmaintaina hybrid schedule of working out of theassigned jobsiteand their homeoffice.Working hours aredependent upon the site schedule.Project-Based Rotation * This position is based on a project site and working hours will be as per the specified project location and hours. This position is expected to travel up to80%. Be achampionoftheCompanySafetypoliciesandproceduresthroughshowingbyexample. Review andbecomefamiliarwiththeprojecttechnicalrequirementssuchastheprimecontract, EPCcontract,applicablecodes,standards, andspecifications. Overseeingallaspectsofrequiredprojectinspectionsincludingplanning,auditing,scheduling,training,coaching,close-outs, andlessonslearned. Review andapprovecontractorqualityprogramsandinspectionandtestplanssubmittedpercontractrequirements;identifyappropriateholdorwitnesspointsoninspectionandtestplans CollaboratewiththeCorporate Quality Manager,aswellastheProject Management Team,todevelopandimplementthesitequalityplan (SQP) Actingastheon-siteleadforthemanagementoftheSQP Assist,asdirectedbytheProject Managerorsupervisortoreview andassesstheconstructionqualityactivities(bothContractManagement andself-perform)toensurethattheycomplywithprojectrequirements Supervise,train, andscheduleQualityInspectorswhileensuringtheproperapplicationofstandardinspectionsandtestinginstructions;Providecoachingoneffectivecommunicationandengagementtechniqueswithotherprojectteammembers Ensurethatdocumentationisbeingcompleted,signedoff, andcompiledastheworkprogressessoastosupportturnoverandrecordretentionactivitiesattheprojectsite Track andmonitorinspectionsandtestingactivities,reportqualitymetricstodrivecontinuousimprovement;Retrieve,track, andpresentqualitymetricscompiledbythedepartmenttotheProject Managementteamorthecorporatequalitymanagerforweeklyormonthlyreportingpurposes,asrequired.
