Role Description We are seeking a motivated Site Reliability Engineer to join our team in a full-time remote role. In this position, you will help ensure the stability, performance, and reliability of our infrastructure, websites, automation workflows, and software systems. Your day-to-day work will include monitoring system health, troubleshooting technical issues, improving deployment processes, automating repetitive tasks, maintaining cloud infrastructure, and collaborating with development and operations teams to improve scalability and efficiency. This is a remote position, so strong communication, ownership, and the ability to work independently are important. Responsibilities Monitor website, application, and infrastructure performance. Troubleshoot production issues and help minimize downtime. Improve reliability, scalability, and system performance. Automate repetitive operational and deployment tasks. Maintain cloud infrastructure, hosting environments, and CI/CD pipelines. Support deployments, updates, and production releases. Collaborate with developers to improve system architecture and reliability. Help implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response processes. Document technical processes, system changes, and troubleshooting steps. Qualifications Experience with Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, system administration, or infrastructure support. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to investigate production issues. Experience with software development or scripting to automate tasks. Understanding of cloud services such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Vercel, or similar platforms. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies is beneficial. Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, or similar tools is a plus. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, deployment workflows, and version control. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good written and verbal communication skills in a remote work environment. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
