Our work includes townhomes, small multifamily, ADUs, and infill development projects in neighborhoods across the city. We are building a team that takes ownership, thinks ahead, and executes at a high level. This role is designed to grow into a full-time position as our project pipeline expands. Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day construction activities across a range of residential development projects. This role is responsible for ensuring projects move forward efficiently, subcontractors are coordinated effectively, and work is completed to a high standard. This is not a passive oversight role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the job site, anticipate next steps, and keep projects moving without constant direction. Key Responsibilities Field Leadership & Execution Oversee all on-site construction activities from start to completion Ensure work is performed according to plans, specifications, and local codes Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Serve as the primary on-site leader and decision-maker Schedule Management & Planning Manage project schedules and daily site activity Plan work 2–4 weeks ahead to ensure proper sequencing Identify potential delays early and implement solutions Keep projects moving forward consistently Subcontractor Coordination Manage and direct subcontractors on site Ensure trades meet schedule, scope, and quality expectations Verify completion of work before progressing to next phases Resolve on-site conflicts and maintain workflow Procurement & Finishes Coordination Assist with ordering and coordinating delivery of materials and finishes (windows, cabinets, fixtures, etc.) Ensure materials arrive on time and align with project schedule Track long lead items and communicate needs in advance Quality Control Inspect work to ensure it meets project standards and specifications Address deficiencies quickly and ensure corrections are completed Maintain strong attention to detail, especially for for-sale product Safety & Compliance Enforce job site safety standards and OSHA requirements Conduct regular safety checks and address hazards Ensure compliance with permits, inspections, and regulations Communication & Reporting Provide regular updates on progress, schedule, and risks Maintain daily logs and basic site documentation Coordinate with project leadership and consultants as needed Prepare site for inspections and ensure readiness Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on construction experience (residential or Multifamily preferred) Ability to manage job sites with minimal supervision Strong understanding of construction sequencing and building systems Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Experience coordinating subcontractors Familiarity with ordering materials and finishes Key Traits Proactive and forward-thinking High level of accountability Strong communication skills Detail-oriented with a focus on quality Able to operate independently and solve problems in real time Requirements Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel between job sites Ability to work primarily on-site in Seattle Ability to walk active construction sites, climb stairs, and perform light physical tasks Compensation & amp; Growth $45-$50/hour (approximately 25 hours per week, ~$5,000/month) Performance-based bonus opportunities (to be defined) Opportunity to grow into a full-time leadership role as project volume increases How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief description of projects you have worked on or supervised.
