Where is the work: Virtual What's in it for you: Trane Technologies has an exciting opportunity to join our Life Science Solutions team as a Site Superintendent. The Site Superintendent is responsible for assisting the Project Manager to assure that the projects are completed and maintain the standard of excellence established by the company and customer. The Site Supervisor primary role is to oversee the field activities of an Engineered Solutions contracting project. These activities include the technical onboarding of subcontractors, guidance of field work, and ongoing progress communication with the contracting team. They will work closely with the Project Manager to manage and direct our subcontractors, ensuring work performed onsite fulfills the scope of the contract. They will also partner with Field Service Engineers and Remote Support Specialists identifying and rectifying project shortcomings, to ensure we exceed our customers' quality standards. Certain tasks will be assigned by the Project Manager to take the lead
