Position Summary The Sitework Foreman is a working foreman responsible for supervising and participating in daily site work operations, including but not limited to earthwork, site utilities, and footers/foundations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role oversees crews, equipment, materials, and the effective use of GPS-guided construction technology. Key Responsibilities Follow project scope of work, job specifications, plans, staking, and GPS control models Understand, operate, and oversee the use of GPS-guided equipment (dozers, excavators, graders) Coordinate manpower, equipment, and sequencing to meet schedules and production goals Supervise, train, and mentor team members; monitor attendance, productivity, and quality Enforce OSHA, MSHA, and company safety policies; conduct toolbox talks Interpret GPS models, ensure calibration accuracy, and coordinate updates with management Verify equipment condition, document issues, and ensure proper maintenance Submit accurate daily reports, timesheets, and progress updates Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience in site work or heavy civil construction Proven experience leading crews and coordinating equipment Working knowledge of GPS machine control systems Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license; Class A CDL and medical card preferred or required OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience: $35-$40 per hour 401(k) retirement plan with 3.5% company match Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Company-paid weekly HSA contributions: $20 single / $50 family Company-provided Life Insurance 80 hours of paid vacation Paid 6 national holidays Profit Sharing Performance Bonus Company Vehicle Ongoing safety and technical training Benefits 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Retirement plan Vision insurance
