OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Skilled Nursing Homecare Nurse to provide comprehensive in-home nursing services to patients requiring specialized care.This role offers an opportunity to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a home setting, ensuring safety, comfort, and optimal health outcomes.Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and physiological evaluations to determine care needs.Administer medications, wound care, tube feeding, and nebulizer treatments.Ensure compliance with all safety standards including sterile techniques, aseptic procedures, and basic life support protocols.Will be working with an aide in the home as well Requirements Valid nursing license (RN or LPN) with current registration in good standing.Excellent assessment skills coupled with physiology knowledge to evaluate patient status effectively.Ability to work independently in home settings while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.Shifts 6am-2pm and 4:30pm-11pm Rate of Pay $38-LPN and $40-RN Pay:$38.00 - $40.00 per hour Benefits:Flexible schedule Work Location:In person.
