Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and dependable Skilled Laborer to join our dynamic team.In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting construction, maintenance, and renovation projects by performing a variety of hands-on tasks.Your energetic approach and attention to detail will ensure that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to high standards.This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills while contributing to impactful projects that enhance our communities.Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and setup of work sites, including clearing debris and organizing materials Operate basic hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively under supervision Perform demolition, excavation, and material handling tasks as needed for various projects Support carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other tradespeople in their daily activities Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members Conduct routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any issues or hazards promptly Requirements Proven experience in construction, maintenance, or related manual labor roles is preferred but not required Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety standards at all times Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment usage Valid driver's license required Ability to work unsupervised and take direction and perform construction laboring activities Join us if you're eager to build your career in a fast-paced environment where your hard work makes a real difference!
