Duties Perform landscape installation, including planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and installing hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls Maintain lawns through mowing, edging, aerating, fertilizing, and weed control to ensure lush, healthy turf Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as for grading, and site preparation Conduct landscape maintenance tasks including pruning, tree trimming, irrigation Assist with garden design projects by applying horticultural knowledge Perform routine equipment maintenance to ensure all tools and machinery are in optimal condition for daily use Support team efforts in construction projects by adhering to safety standards and working efficiently on-site Skills Strong mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and power tools Expertise in lawn care techniques and landscape maintenance practices Proficiency with hand tools such as shovels, pruners, rakes, and hoes Ability to perform tree care including trimming, pruning, and health assessment Understanding of horticulture principles to support gardening projects effectively Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques Join us in creating inspiring outdoor spaces that bring joy and functionality to communities!
