You’ll work primarily in our shop, building quality casework, assemblies, laminate components, finished pieces, and more that pass QC and make the final install shine. We’re looking for someone with at least two years of millwork shop experience , who can read shop drawings, run standard woodworking equipment, prep and check materials, and take pride in keeping their work clean, safe, and on schedule. If you’re strong in one area and willing to grow into more, we’ll train you on additional tools, certifications, and processes. Safety matters here. Quality matters here.
