Current and valid Plumber license High proficiency in soldering, fitting, and pipe work with various materials Excellent interpersonal skills and a focus on delivering professional customer service Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check Apart from servicing, these technicians will also generate leads and maybe even sales. Some sales expertise is preferred. Core Responsibilities: Perform expert troubleshooting to locate the root cause of leaks, pressure issues, and system failures. Conduct precise repairs on water and drain piping. Service and repair existing fixtures (faucets, toilets, showers). Perform diagnostics and component replacement on water heaters. Clearly consult with homeowners, explain required work, and provide accurate pricing Ensure all work meets current plumbing and safety codes.
