Trade Team is committed to building strong partnerships tailored to client and worker success. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Skilled Trades Recruiter based in Seattle, WA. The Skilled Trades Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and evaluating candidates for skilled trade roles in industries such as marine, industrial, construction, and manufacturing. Daily tasks include developing job descriptions, conducting interviews, building relationships with clients and candidates, and managing the documentation and onboarding process. The role also requires maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates and ensuring compliance with staffing and hiring regulations. Qualifications Experience in candidate sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing in the skilled trades sector Familiarity with job description development and the onboarding process Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills Ability to work collaboratively with both clients and candidates to meet staffing needs Previous experience in marine, industrial or manufacturing recruitment is highly desired
