Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Skilled Tradesman to join our dynamic construction team. As a Skilled Tradesman, you will play a vital role in executing various construction tasks with precision, efficiency, and safety. Your expertise will help ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship. Duties Perform a wide range of construction mainly tile but aswell as tasks including framing, drywall installation finishing with accuracy and attention to detail. Operate power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks. Install doors, windows, cabinetry, glass, flooring, tile, stucco, plastering, and other finishing elements to enhance project aesthetics. Perform specialized tasks such as plumbing installations, electrical work experience, caulking, trim carpentry, restoration work, and heavy equipment operation as needed. Proven experience in construction trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, welding, or related fields with a strong understanding of construction processes. Knowledge of construction estimating techniques and inspection procedures to maintain quality control. Hands-on experience with concrete forming, finishing techniques, framing carpentry (including door hanging), drywall installation, tile laying, hardscape creation, and glass or cabinet installation. Ability to operate power tools and heavy equipment safely while maintaining productivity standards. Strong problem-solving skills combined with excellent attention to detail and safety protocols. Physical stamina for long periods of standing or working at heights; ability to lift heavy materials safely.
