Job Summary:The Skilled Warehouse Worker - Pallet Dismantler is a crucial role responsible for consistently and meticulously breaking down pallets.This role involves an array of assembly line tasks, from identifying damaged pallets and disassembling them, to evaluating and sorting usable components from those that are damaged.You will be expected to operate with incredible consistency and detail, ensuring all pallets meet our quality standards.Compensation / Pay Range This position offers a guaranteed hourly base rate plus additional incentive pay based on weekly productivity.Guaranteed Base Rate:$19.00 per hour Incentive Pay:Employees can earn higher hourly rates by reaching specific incentive bands tied to units produced per hour.Total hourly pay increases as higher production bands are achieved.Potential Total Hourly Pay Range:For the Pallet Dismantler position, the total pay can range from $19.00 per hour (Base Band) up to $46.49 per hour, depending on production levels and incentive band achieved.(Other production roles in the facility may earn up to $69.71 per hour based on their incentive structure.)
