The Role As a Skip Tracer at Bell and Williams, you aren’t just making calls; you are a digital detective. You’ll use a combination of top-tier investigative tools and old-school research skills to track down assets and provide actionable leads for our recovery teams. What You’ll Do * Solve Complex Cases: Use specialized databases (TLOxp, Clear, idiCORE) to locate hard-to-find collateral. Analyze Data: Piece together information from public records, social media, and proprietary data to map out subject movement. Collaborate: Work closely with field agents and clients to ensure smooth, real-time recovery operations. Stay Compliant: Maintain a high standard of integrity, ensuring all searches follow FDCPA and GLBA regulations. What We’re Looking For * Industry Experience: You have a background in skip tracing, repossession, or private investigations. Toolbox Mastery: You’re comfortable navigating industry-standard skip tools and skip tracing software. The "Investigator" Mindset: You are persistent, detail-oriented, and able to think three steps ahead of the subject.
