Slaughterhouse assistant

Overview We are seeking assistance with the dispatch of weekly livestock delivered to our custom exempt slaughterhouse for later butchering and custom processing. Responsibilities Candidates must be able to follow directions immediately and adjust to a fast-paced environment. Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds at a time for short intervals. Must be prepared to assist in the live dispatch, skinning, and quartering of livestock. Will be required to assist in the cleaning, maintenance, upkeep of the facility including the dispatch floor, holding pens, and all related equipment.
