Retail Sleep Consultant – Farmington NM (On Site) We're a specialty retail showroom looking for a high-energy sales professional to join our team. This is a consultative, relationship-based sales role with uncapped earning potential. What You'll Do Assess customer needs and match them with the right product solutions Explain product benefits and current promotions; deliver personalized experiences to exceed sales goals Conduct outbound calls to nurture prospective customers and generate repeat business Maintain a polished showroom environment Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching What You Bring Strong communication skills; ability to adapt to diverse customer needs Goal-oriented, customer-focused; drive to exceed individual and team targets Flexible retail availability including evenings and weekends 1–2 years retail, customer service, or customer-facing experience High school diploma or equivalent Compensation & Benefits Most team members earn 45,000-65,000 annually Guaranteed base of $16/hour plus uncapped commission and bonus Non-draw commission structure Health, dental, vision, 401(k) Flexible PTO Career development programs To Apply Submit your resume directly through Indeed.
