Job Summary The Slot Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring an enjoyable and seamless gaming experience for guests at the casino.This position involves monitoring and maintaining slot machines, providing excellent customer service, and assisting guests with any inquiries or issues related to their gaming experience.The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to guest satisfaction.Duties Monitor the operation of slot machines to ensure they are functioning correctly and efficiently.Assist guests with inquiries regarding slot machine operations, payouts, and promotions.Handle cash transactions accurately, including payouts and ticket redemption.Manage and resolve guest complaints or conflicts in a professional manner.Supervise the cleanliness and organization of the slot area to enhance the guest experience.Collaborate with other casino staff to ensure a cohesive gaming environment.Conduct routine checks on machines for maintenance needs and report any malfunctions promptly.Skills Strong background in customer service, particularly within a casino environment.Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.Experience in managing or supervising staff is preferred.Excellent conflict management skills to handle guest issues effectively.Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and enhance guest satisfaction.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic settings and are passionate about providing exceptional service while ensuring an enjoyable gaming atmosphere.Pay:From $18.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Application Question(s):ARe you over 21 years old?
