Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and personable Slot Attendant to join our casino team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting guests with slot machine operations, ensuring a smooth gaming experience, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and functionality of gaming areas.This role requires excellent customer service skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage guest interactions effectively.Prior management or supervising experience is a plus, as the Slot Attendant may oversee guest activities and address concerns promptly.Duties Assist guests with operating slot machines and answer questions related to gameplay.Monitor gaming areas to ensure machines are functioning properly and report any technical issues.Handle cash transactions accurately, including payouts and ticket exchanges, demonstrating strong cash handling skills.Maintain knowledge of casino policies and procedures to enforce responsible gaming practices.Provide exceptional guest services by creating a welcoming environment and addressing guest needs or concerns professionally.Manage conflicts or disputes calmly and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction while upholding casino standards.Keep gaming areas clean, organized, and free of hazards to promote safety for all guests and staff.Supervise or assist in managing the flow of guests during busy periods, demonstrating leadership qualities when necessary.Experience Previous management or supervising experience within a casino or hospitality setting is preferred.Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills.Experience in conflict management, guest relations, and problem resolution.Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills for accurate transactions.Knowledge of casino operations, including slot machine functions and guest service standards, is advantageous.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.This role offers an engaging opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing memorable guest experiences while ensuring operational excellence within our casino environment.Pay:From $16.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Employee assistance program Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
