Duties Supervise the gaming floor and slot machines, ensuring all games run smoothly and efficiently.Lead and motivate a team of slot attendants and slot techs to deliver outstanding guest service.Monitor gaming areas for compliance with casino policies and regulatory standards.Handle guest inquiries, resolve conflicts promptly, and ensure a positive gaming environment.Oversee cash handling procedures, including payouts, jackpots, and financial transactions with accuracy.Conduct regular inspections of gaming equipment to identify maintenance needs or irregularities.Train new staff on casino policies, customer service excellence, and responsible gaming practices.Experience Proven management or supervising experience within a casino or similar entertainment setting.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively.Excellent customer service skills to create welcoming and engaging guest interactions.Experience in conflict management to handle disputes professionally and efficiently.Knowledge of cash handling procedures and basic math skills for accurate transactions.Familiarity with casino operations, regulations, and responsible gaming standards is preferred.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a lively environment while maintaining attention to detail.Embark on a rewarding career where your leadership transforms guest experiences into memorable moments!
