Whether your passion lies in pediatric speech development, working with adults facing neurogenic challenges, or assisting the elderly in cognitive recovery, here is where you can truly flourish. Description Conduct comprehensive evaluations for patients spanning the pediatric, adult, and geriatric age groups utilizing both standard assessment tools and observational strategies. Create customized treatment strategies addressing both immediate needs and ongoing communication, cognitive, or swallowing challenges. Implement individualized speech therapy interventions aimed at enhancing communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing capabilities. Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams that include physical therapists, occupational therapists, nursing staff, physicians, and families to implement unified care plans. Deliver educational resources to patients and their families to bolster progress outside therapy sessions. Support inpatient therapy evaluations and procedures when necessary, maintaining seamless care throughout the entire treatment continu
