Create customized treatment strategies addressing both immediate needs and ongoing communication, cognitive, or swallowing challenges. Implement individualized speech therapy interventions aimed at enhancing communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing capabilities. Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams that include physical therapists, occupational therapists, nursing staff, physicians, and families to implement unified care plans. Deliver educational resources to patients and their families to bolster progress outside therapy sessions.
