Job Responsibilities Assess and evaluate patient needs across different age groups, utilizing both standardized tests and observational methods. Create customized treatment plans that cater to short-term goals along with long-term communication, cognition, or swallowing objectives. Deliver personalized speech therapy focused on enhancing communication abilities in language, fluency, voice modulation, and swallowing safety. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including physical and occupational therapists, healthcare providers, caregivers, and families to formulate comprehensive care plans. Educate patients and their families to further support their progress outside of therapy sessions. Provide occasional inpatient evaluations and therapy to ensure seamless continuity of care. Maintain thorough and prompt documentation adhering to all relevant standards and guid
