Join our fast-paced wireless construction team! We’re looking for a reliable, safety-conscious Small Cell Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot small cell equipment on poles, rooftops, and structures. What You’ll Do: Install and test small cell radios, antennas, and fiber connections Perform cabinet and enclosure work at street level Use RF testing tools and hand tools Climb ladders, operate lifts, utilize bucket trucks and follow strict safety procedures What You’ll Need: Experience in wireless, electrical, or low-voltage work Valid driver’s license & clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather Safety certifications a plus (OSHA 10, RF Awareness, CPR) Concordia Group, is a well-established Tower company. Pay Range: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
