Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by ensuring packages are delivered accurately and professionally Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies during route driving Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and delivery confirmation records Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members regarding delivery status or any issues encountered Assist with warehouse tasks including moving packages within the facility and preparing shipments for delivery Requirements Valid driver’s license Prior delivery driver experience or courier background is highly desirable Ability to lift heavy packages repeatedly, demonstrating physical strength and stamina Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Familiarity with route driving, load & unload procedures, and warehouse operations Ability to follow detailed instructions, work independently, and stay organized throughout the day Embark on a career that combines active driving with meaningful interactions!
