To apply go to www.muellersportsmed.com under Careers.COMPANY OVERVIEW Mueller Sports Medicine is a family-owned and operated international sports medicine company that has been innovating since 1959.The company offers a comprehensive range of patented braces, supports, tapes, taping supplies, and the popular Quench Gum, continuously introducing new products to enhance athletic performance and recovery worldwide.OVERVIEW We are seeking a motivated Small Parcel Associate to join our dynamic warehouse team.In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling small parcel shipments (pulling, packaging, processing and shipping orders), ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining smooth warehouse operations.Your proactive approach will help us deliver quality products swiftly and reliably to our customers.RESPONSIBILITIES Small Parcel Shipping Assists and coordinates resources to ship within required dates/times.Gather product per order form and pass along to packing area.Double check orders pulled from other associates and sign off on order form.Place products into boxes and place packing slips on boxes.Process orders through UPS/FedEx computer to place in area to await shipment.Mark boxes with appropriate/special instructions, i.e., hazardous, heavy, etc.Responsible for shipping domestic and international shipments.Customer Shipping Requirements Coordinate applicable international accounts requiring customer shipping requirements and maintain labels for those accounts, as needed.Provide required customer shipping requirements including the creation and maintenance of required labels, as needed (merchandise/pricing stickers, information labels, UCC labels etc.) Other requirements including pallet sheets, transportation worksheets etc.Consolidate shipments for applicable accounts based on shipping the given shipping window, as needed.Notify the Customer Service Department of updates needed to the customer at the customer level and shipping text related to the customer's requirements, as needed.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS High School degree, General Education Diploma or other related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the position functions of the job.One or more years of domestic and/or international shipping or other related experience.Demonstrated knowledge of order processing, preparing, and shipping an order.Ability to understand and comply with Mueller Safety Systems and current regulatory requirements.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS SAP or other ERP system experience.REQUIRED SKILLS Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies.Makes sound decisions based on analysis, discussion, experience and judgment.Demonstrated team player with active participation in meetings.Strong ability to transition efficiently from working independently to working collaboratively.Anticipates emerging and future trends accurately based on broad knowledge and perspective.Willingness to roll up your sleeves to help find new opportunities, be diligent in holding people accountable, and having passion to WIN.Proficient written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.Develops and maintains interpersonal relationships.Proficient organizational and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities.Basic use of Microsoft products, including Word, Outlook and Excel, and related industry applications.Creates focus and eliminates roadblocks for team members.Responsible to appropriately protect the confidentiality, security, and integrity of the organization's systems and data as well as client data.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS While performing the duties of this job, the team member is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills; ability to stand or sit, bend or stoop, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light weights of up to 35 pounds.Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate office equipment and read.The team member frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear.Position requires frequent typing.Pay:$18.60 - $20.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Employee discount Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Retirement plan Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
