Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision and integrity. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and upselling techniques to enhance customer experience. Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services, demonstrating strong customer service skills. Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations and customer satisfaction. Skills Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Proficiency in operating cash registers and POS systems. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive shopping experience. Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Experience in retail sales is required. Ability to upsell products and services effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction. Good phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone when necessary.
