Duties Prepare and serve a variety of smoothies, beverages items according to established recipes and quality standards Operate POS systems such as Square POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently Greet customers warmly, answer questions about menu items, and assist with product selections to enhance their experience Handle cash, credit card payments, and food handling responsibilities with precision and integrity Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food prep stations and serving counters Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without sacrificing quality Follow food safety protocols, including proper food handling, sanitation practices, and adherence to health regulations Requirements Previous barista or food service experience preferred, especially in café or smoothie shop environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Square POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience in serving or retail environments demonstrating reliability and professionalism Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours including weekends or evenings if needed Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering fresh flavors and memorable customer experiences!
