Marketing & Content Coordinator Los Willows, Fallbrook CA Part Time to Full Time We are looking for a creative, organized, and self-motivated Marketing and Content Coordinator to help tell the story of one of Southern California's most beautiful wedding and event properties. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves being on location, capturing authentic moments, and turning them into compelling content that attracts and converts couples. What you'll be doing: Creating and scheduling engaging social media content across our platforms that reflects the beauty, emotion, and experience of Los Willows. Writing blogs that showcase our weddings, our settings, and the experiences couples can expect when they celebrate here. Selecting, organizing, and managing our photo library so the right images are easy to find and always ready to use. Gathering and managing client reviews across Google and other platforms to strengthen our online reputation. Collaborating with our team to plan and execute a destination wedding photo shoot to properly launch our new destination package, including coordinating photographers, styling, and models or real couples. Who you are: You have experience with social media content creation and basic copywriting. You have a good eye for photos and understand what makes an image stop someone mid-scroll. You are organized and can manage a growing photo library. You are proactive about asking for reviews and following up without being pushy. You are local to the Fallbrook or North San Diego County area so you can be on site regularly to capture authentic content. Bonus if you have: Experience in the wedding or hospitality industry. Basic video editing skills for reels and short form content. Familiarity with SEO basics and blog writing. Hours and Pay: Starting at 20 to 25 hours per week at $25 per hour with potential to grow into a full time role.
