Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media and Marketing Manager to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. In this role, you will craft compelling content, develop strategic marketing campaigns, and manage our social media channels to engage audiences and drive brand growth. Duties Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase engagement and brand visibility. Create, curate, and manage engaging content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and photography that align with branding guidelines and marketing goals. Utilize tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite to schedule posts, monitor social listening trends, and analyze campaign performance through web analytics tools like Google Analytics. Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other social media platforms to optimize reach and ROI. Conduct keyword research and SEO best practices to enhance content discoverability across digital channels. Foster relationships with media outlets, influencers, and partners through public relations efforts to amplify brand messaging. Oversee social listening activities to monitor brand reputation, gather customer insights, and respond promptly to audience interactions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on branding initiatives, e-commerce promotions, and product launches to ensure consistent messaging. Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and tone before publication to maintain high-quality standards. Experience Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; video editing skills are a plus. Hands-on experience managing social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer. Knowledge of SEO strategies, keyword research techniques, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator for content creation. Experience in public relations activities and relationship management with media outlets or influencers. Strong understanding of branding principles, digital marketing trends, e-commerce strategies, and social media advertising platforms. Excellent proofreading skills with keen attention to detail; ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
