Manage daily social media activities across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer. Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activity; leverage insights to refine campaigns. Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and applying best practices to increase organic reach. Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads to boost visibility and engagement. Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using tools like Google Analytics to measure campaign performance and inform future strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PR, graphic design, e-commerce, and web development to ensure cohesive branding. Maintain relationships with influencers, media outlets, and partners to expand brand reach through public relations efforts. Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication; ensure adherence to branding guidelines. Skills Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing with a strong understanding of social media platforms’ algorithms. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation. Skilled in video editing techniques for producing engaging multimedia content. Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research tools, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools. Ability to develop compelling visual assets that align with branding strategies; photography skills are a plus. Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising or similar platforms. Strong relationship management skills to build partnerships with influencers, media outlets, and community members. Excellent proofreading skills ensuring all content is polished and error-free before publishing. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies to support online sales initiatives.
