We're looking for a creative, self-driven Content Creator to own and grow our social presence across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. This role focuses on producing high-volume, short-form video content that highlights in-store experiences, products, staff personalities, and brand culture optimized for reach, engagement, and foot traffic. Core Deliverables Weekly Content Output Filming and editing of 10-15 short-form videos per week 1-2 videos weekly across 5 Metro Detroit locations Platform-ready formats: TikTok Instagram Reels Sponsored Meta Ads On Site Coverage Rotate through all 5 Metro Detroit stores regularly with occasional visits to Battle Creek, Kalamazoo, Corunna, and Monroe. Capture: Store atmosphere & traffic Product highlights (new drops, deals, top sellers) Staff personality & interactions Customer moments (when appropriate)
