SOMA CO. CONTENT CREATOR Entry-Level • Part-Time • Hybrid Position SOMA CO. is looking for someone creative, organized, and excited about social media + content creation to join our team. About the Role: This role is all about helping bring brands to life through content that feels intentional, real, and engaging. You’ll be supporting day-to-day content creation, scheduling, caption writing, and creative planning while working closely with our team and clients. Success in this role looks like staying organized, communicating clearly, creating content that aligns with each brand, and helping keep clients consistent and confident online. You don’t need to have everything figured out, just a willingness to create, learn, and grow with us. Maximum 10 hours per week • Paid hourly Flexible schedule Responsibilities: Create content for social media platforms (photo, video, and short-form ideas) Schedule and organize content across platforms Write captions that match each brand’s voice Help with brainstorming and content planning Attend occasional meetings and dedicated content days Support overall brand consistency and creative direction Qualifications: Interest in social media, content creation, or marketing Creative mindset with a good eye for detail Organized and able to manage small tasks independently Comfortable communicating and collaborating with a team Familiar with Instagram/TikTok (or willing to learn quickly) Must be located in the Twin Cities area This position includes room for growth, including performance-based bonuses and the opportunity to be considered for a higher-level or full-time role as SOMA CO. expands.
