Job Description
Role Overview We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive Social Media Content Production Manager to join our team. You will serve as the right-hand operator to co-founders Justin and Travis Maderia, owning the full end-to-end process of creating, producing, and distributing high-performing video and social content across all platforms. This is a hands-on role that blends content production, team coordination, social media strategy, and executive support. If you thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, love turning ideas into scroll-stopping content, and can think like both a producer and a strategist, this is your opportunity to directly shape our brand’s online presence. Key Responsibilities Partner with Justin and Travis to identify, book, and coordinate content creation events, shoots, and appearances. Source, vet, hire, and manage freelance videographers, photographers, and editors for all content shoots. Build detailed scopes of work (SOWs), shot lists, and production timelines; direct shoots on-site or remotely to ensure creative vision is executed flawlessly. Own the full content lifecycle: review raw footage, provide creative direction to editors, approve final cuts, and schedule/post polished content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and other platforms. Stay deeply knowledgeable about social media algorithms and platform best practices; optimize posting cadence, hooks, formats, and captions to maximize reach, engagement, and growth. Learn and master the co-founders’ authentic voices and personal brands to handle community engagement, respond to comments/DMs, and create native-feeling replies that feel 100% “on-brand.” Proactively pitch and negotiate influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and cross-promotions that align with our growth goals. Manage all travel itineraries, logistics, and on-the-ground coordination for content-related trips. Collaborate closely with business executives on integrated marketing campaigns, content calendars, and cross-department alignment between content, marketing, and overall business objectives. Track performance metrics, report insights to the co-founders, and continuously iterate to improve content quality and results. What Success Looks Like Content is posted consistently at a high professional standard with strong engagement and growth metrics. Production runs smoothly with reliable creative partners and zero last-minute chaos. Influencer and partnership pipelines are active and delivering measurable value. Comments and community interactions feel personal and on-voice, strengthening our brand connection. Travel and event logistics are handled seamlessly so the co-founders can focus on being in front of the camera.
