Role Description We are looking for a Social Media Growth & Influencer Outreach Specialist for a remote contract role. You will help grow the HomeTechEase brand through TikTok, Instagram Reels, influencer outreach, UGC creator partnerships, and viral short-form content strategies. Responsibilities include: Growing social media engagement and followers Finding and managing influencers and UGC creators Suggesting viral content ideas, hooks, and trends Repurposing short-form content across platforms Monitoring campaign performance and optimising results Helping increase traffic, brand awareness, and ecommerce sales We are looking for someone creative, proactive, and results-driven who understands modern ecommerce growth. Qualifications Experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, or short-form content marketing Experience growing ecommerce or Shopify brands Understanding of influencer outreach and UGC marketing Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to identify trends and create engaging content strategies Familiarity with ecommerce marketing and social media analytics Self-motivated and performance-focused mindset Experience with smart home, tech, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
